The spacious living room has a dining area and opens onto a lovely terrace and garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standart and has a separate laundry area. The location of this apartment is ideal as it is on the sea front and only a about five minute walk to the center of Puerto Pollensa with all its shops and restaurants. The apartment can be accessed from the rear where it has a small courtyard garden or from the front where the garden has gates onto the pine walk.
